Brazilian Black Slate porcelain paving slab tiles are a popular choice for outdoor flooring in gardens, patios, and driveways. These tiles are made to resemble natural Brazilian black slate, but they are actually made from porcelain.
Porcelain is a dense and durable material that is resistant to moisture, stains, and fading. It also has a low water absorption rate, making it suitable for outdoor use.
The Brazilian Black Slate porcelain paving slab tiles typically have a cleft riven surface that mimics the natural stone's rough texture, providing a slip-resistant surface that is safe to walk on. The tiles are available in various sizes and thicknesses to suit different outdoor projects and budgets.
The Black Slate porcelain tiles come in a deep black color with subtle variations, giving them a sophisticated and elegant appearance. The dark color also hides dirt and stains, making them easy to maintain and keep clean.
Black Slate porcelain slabs are available in 16mm and 20mm thickness. For residential driveways, 16mm or 20mm porcelain paving slab tiles are usually suitable. However, if you anticipate heavier loads or commercial vehicle traffic, opting for the 20mm is recommended for peace of mind.
In addition to their aesthetic appeal, Brazilian Black Slate porcelain paving slab tiles are also known for their durability. They are resistant to harsh weather conditions, including freezing temperatures and intense sunlight, making them suitable for year-round outdoor use.
They are also resistant to cracking and chipping, ensuring their longevity even with heavy traffic. These tiles are made from porcelain, a high-quality ceramic material that is fired at a higher temperature than regular ceramic tiles, making them extremely strong and resistant to wear and tear.
Known for their durability, Brazilian Black Slate porcelain tiles are also easy to clean. They require minimal maintenance, as they do not require sealing or special cleaning products. Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild detergent solution are usually sufficient to keep the tiles looking their best.
Installing Brazilian Black Slate porcelain paving slab tiles is relatively straightforward. They can be laid on a concrete or compacted gravel base using adhesive or mortar. The tiles can be grouted to create a seamless and finished look.
Our Brazilian Black Slate porcelain paving slab tiles offer a combination of beauty and practicality, making them an excellent choice for outdoor spaces.
